Positive: This is a charming, rustic hotel about 10kms into the mountains from the motorway. It is our third stay overnight on our way home to the UK from Italy and an ideal location. It has a nice, clean outdoor pool. The food is always of excellent quality and staff are friendly and helpful. It is reasonably priced for the area.
Negative: There was no fan so the room was very warm. Given the extreme weather, it would have been nice if some bottled water was provided in the room. The sockets in our room were different to the usual standard 3 pin, so no travel adapter worked.
Summary: Lovely peaceful location in the mountains

Positive: Lovely garden well kept.Owner very friendly
Negative: The cold water tap in the bathroom didn't run properly,just a dribble. There were dead Beatles on top of mirror frame in the bathroom. One of the bedside lamps in main bedroom didn't work properly.No cushions on sofas outside on the balcony

Positive: This is a traditional, quaint and quirky hotel. Gardens are beautiful. Good parking. Food was really good, very clean and excellent, friendly service. What a location!
Negative: No air con or fan. No coffee making facilities in room. Building work ongoing in building opposite so was noisy early morning.
Summary: Absolutely fabulous, would love to go back!

Negative: The room was cool, but when asked they provided a heater, the sink was in the bedroom we would have liked one in the bathroom
Summary: It was good the meal in the evening was excellent and the main reason for staying
